James provides a caring, thoughtful, and honest service. His demeanor make him very easy to open up to. He can relate to what I have to say, and seems to have a good eye for when to let me talk and when he needs to speak up. When he does speak up it's often to ask questions that lead to a lot of self-understanding. For me, that's the help I needed.
